A 3-day agricultural fair has been inaugurated at Raninagar in Naogaon. On Tuesday (21 May) at 10 a.m., the upazila parishad square was organized by the upazila agricultural extension department and this 3-day fair was inaugurated under the Rajshahi division's agricultural development project through the extension of modern technology. A colorful rally and discussion meeting was held on this occasion. Upazila Parishad Chairman freedom fighter Abdur Rauf Dulu was present at the time. Upazila Agriculture Officer Farzana Haque, Animal Resources Officer Dr. Md Rafi Faisal Talukder, Senior Fisheries Officer Shilpi Roy. Also present were Upazila Engineer Ismail Hossain, Upazila Cooperative Officer Zafarul Islam, Upazila Social Service Officer Mahbubul Alam, Upazila Agriculture Extension Officer Zahidul Islam etc. Later, the guests visited 15 stalls of low-cost crop production technology using modern machinery at the agricultural technology fair.
