Some Doctors stiched the stomach of a woman named Naogaon maternity Sumi Khatun with gauze and cloth.

A doctor in Naogaon named Sumi Khatun (30) sewed the abdomen of a pregnant woman with gauze. After the incident, the woman fell ill and was admitted to Rajshahi Medical College. There, after re-operation, gauze was removed from the stomach to clean the blood. Currently, Sumi is under intensive observation in the ICU. And the newborn baby has been admitted to the word. The incident took place at Ekta Clinic in the city last Wednesday ( May15) morning. Sumi Khatun is the wife of Ujjal Hossain in  Bandaikhara area of Atrai upazila of Naogaon District. On investication, it is known that when labor pains started on May 15, the woman in labor was taken to Ekta Clinic located in Hospital Road area of the city. On the same day, obstetrician and gynecology surgeon Dr. Taniya Rahman performed the caesarean section there, Going to the field and looking at the register of the clinicn, the truth is also found. Dr. Adnan Farooq, anesthesiologist at Naogaon Sadar Hospital , Dr. Tania,s husband, administered general anesthesia (GA) for the caesarean section. Immediatle after the cesarean, the woman experienced severe pain in her abdomen and began to bleed profusely Doctor Tanya, marketing officer of the clinic, Abdur Rauf, quickly stiched the patien,s stomach. After that he referred to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital at around 10 pm on Wednesday night. After that, after being taken to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, ultra-sonography showed that there is somthing extra in his stomach. And for that, he was found to have stomach ulcers after undergoin another operation on Thursday morning with the consent of his family. Sumi Khatun is currently undr intensive care in the ICU in a critical condition due to a wrong operation and excessive bleeding. Ujjal Hossain, the husband of the victim woman, said that after the caesarean section, the doctor kept gauze on the abdomen. Again, the marketing officer of the hospital how to stitch the stomach. He has no training in this matter. The bledding did not stop. Subtly referred to Rajshahi. My wife,s condition is still critical. We want justice. Currently we are in Rajshahi. We are preparing to file a case against the doctor and the clinic owner. Abdur Rauf, marketing officer of Ekta Clinic, said, I sewed the way Dr. Tanya taught me.
