Laptops and multimedia projectors distributed in Burichang for improving primary education.

Laptops, multimedia projectors, and speakers have been distributed in the government primary schools of Burichang Upazila, Comilla, to improve the quality of primary education. These materials were distributed on Monday (October 7) at noon in the Upazila Parishad conference room under the Primary Education Development Program-4 (PEDP-4), organized by the Upazila Primary Education Office. The event was presided over by Upazila Primary Education Officer Fauzia Akhtar, with Upazila Executive Officer Md. Tanvir Hossain present as the chief guest. Also present were Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officers Md. Mamun Munshi and Umme Salma, Burichang Press Club President Kazi Khorshed Alam, Head Teachers Md. Kamrul Hasan, Md. Abul Kalam Azad, Yasmin Akhtar, Md. Ahidur Rahman, Suraiya Akhtar, Morsheda Begum, and Kanak Lata Debnath, along with head teachers from 77 government primary schools in the upazila.
In his speech, the chief guest said, "The government has provided these laptops, multimedia, and speakers to improve the quality of primary education. They must be used daily for teaching, not stored away in cupboards. Every teacher must be proficient in using technology, and students must also be familiarized with it. The opportunities we had at the university are now available to students at the primary level." Later, Chief Guest Upazila Executive Officer Md. Tanvir Hossain handed over the laptops, multimedia projectors, and speakers to the head teachers of the 77 government primary schools in the upazila.
