TMSS's Work Progress Review and Strategy Formulation Meeting Held in Jashore, Khulna

A quarterly work progress review and strategy formulation workshop, organized by Operation-6 Khulna Domain under the country's leading and international standard private development organization TMSS, was held on Monday, October 6th at the TMSS Khulna Domain's Jashore Domain office. In the work progress and strategy formulation meeting, the speakers emphasized creating new entrepreneurs among the youth and further accelerating the organization's activities. This important workshop, chaired by Shubhashish Saha, Domain Chief Director of Khulna Domain of the organization founded by the founder executive director of modern TMSS and director of Ansar-VDP Development Bank, distinguished educationist, social worker Professor Dr. Hosne-Ara Begum, was attended by TMSS's Sector Head Deputy Executive Director-3 Md. Sohrab Ali Khan as the chief guest.

In his speech as the chief guest, Md. Sohrab Ali Khan said, "We want to create new entrepreneurs among the current young generation. I call upon the field officers to work accordingly to turn the youth into entrepreneurs." He further mentioned that TMSS is conducting various social and humanitarian activities across the country not for profit, but with a service mentality. He urged the officials to identify new projects and work on them.

In his welcome speech, the chairman of the meeting, Shubhashish Saha, presented a detailed overview of the past work progress, work plans, implementation, and future programs of the Khulna Domain. He called upon all officers to work hard with integrity and honesty.

In his speech as a special guest, TMSS's Director of Operation and Development Md. Rezaul Karim highlighted the importance of field officers working hard to further energize and accelerate the organization's social and humanitarian activities, alongside performing their duties with honesty and dedication.

The workshop featured detailed discussions on the role of Domain activities in achieving sustainable development goals, applying new strategies and technologies, addressing challenges, reviewing past work progress and strategy formulation, and future work plans. Under the Hem Grand Sector, the importance of innovative methods and modern management was discussed. Kushtia Zone Head Md. Mahbubur Rahman, Jashore Zone Head Md. Harunur Rashid, Khulna Zone Head Md. Iqbal Hossain, and Satkhira Zone Head Md. Abdul Barek presented discussions on their respective zone's activities.

Various senior officials of the organization, including 14 Region Heads of Khulna Domain, 78 Branch Heads, and 4 Zone Heads, participated in the workshop. The participants expressed hope that this workshop would help make their Domain activities more effective and sustainable, and that they would be able to play a greater role in improving the quality of life of the marginalized population by applying the knowledge and experience gained at the field level. The workshop was also attended by, among others, the Personal Secretary to the Deputy Executive Director of TMSS, Md. Mehedi Parvez, and accounts officers.

The Hem Grand Sector authority stated that such workshops will be organized regularly in the future so that workers at all levels can familiarize themselves with modern knowledge and technology and further energize Domain activities. It is believed that this workshop will make a significant contribution to increasing the professional skills of the employees and strengthening their role in national development.
