In Keshabpur, the inaugural ceremony of World Children's Day and Child Rights Week-2025

The inaugural ceremony of World Children's Day and Child Rights Week-2025, a discussion, and a captivating cultural program performed by the child artists of Bangladesh Shishu Academy were held in Keshabpur. The event was organized at the Keshabpur Upazila Parishad auditorium. On Tuesday (October 7, 2025), under the theme "We will listen to the child today, we will work for the child," the program was organized by the Upazila Administration and Bangladesh Shishu Academy, Keshabpur. Presided over by Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land), Mr. Sharif Newaz, and conducted by Bimal Kumar Kundu (District Children's Affairs Officer, Rajbari), the Upazila Executive Officer, Mrs. Reksana Khatun, spoke as the chief guest. The special guest was Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officer Harun-ur-Rashid. Present at the event were Keshabpur Shishu Academy's trainer and acting Headteacher of Panjia Secondary School, vocalist Ujjal Banerjee; General Secretary of Udichi Shilpi Goshthi, Keshabpur branch council, Nimai Chand Nandan; Executive Committee member, poet Pranab Mondal Manab; child artists, guardians, and distinguished guests. The chief guest distributed prizes among the victorious children.
