A meeting of the Women and Children Rights Forum was held in Mirzaganj, Patuakhali. The meeting was organized by the Women and Children Rights Forum on Thursday (October 9) at 5 PM, adjacent to the Gazipura Bazar Government Primary School in Kakrabunia Union of the upazila. Presided over by the General Secretary of the Kakrabunia Union Women and Children Rights Forum, Ms. Rimon Akter, and conducted by Kamal Hossain Babul, a member of the upazila BNP, the meeting featured Mrs. Jasmine Jafar, President of the Patuakhali District Women and Children Rights Forum, as the Chief Guest. Special guests included Fatema Akter Kachi, Organizing Secretary of the Dumki Upazila Women and Children Rights Forum; Ms. Rahim Begum, a leader of the upazila Women and Children Rights Forum; and BNP leader Md. Nasir Talukdar, among others. Additionally, leaders of the BNP and its associated organizations, local dignitaries, and people from all walks of life were present. At the meeting, the speakers delivered important speeches on the current situation of the country and the issue of women and children's rights.
