A day-long training session on "Good Aquaculture Practices and Food Safety" was held in Mohanpur, Rajshahi, under the revenue sector for the 2025-26 fiscal year. The training program was implemented by the Office of the Senior Upazila Fisheries Officer on Thursday (October 30) at the Upazila Parishad Hall Room. Presided over by Benjir Ahmed, the Senior Upazila Fisheries Officer of Mohanpur, the event was attended by Jahangir Alam, the District Fisheries Officer of Rajshahi; Assistant Director Ayesha Khatun; and local fish farmers from the upazila. Participants in the training received practical guidance on pond management, fish feed safety, the correct use of medication, and environmentally friendly fish farming techniques.
