Instructions on Professionalism and Integrity for the Upcoming National Parliament Election: DDG at Ansar Basic Training

As part of the ongoing Ansar basic training at the Lalmonirhat Ansar Battalion Headquarters, Force Deputy Director General Mohammad Abdul Awal, BVM, PVSM conducted an important orientation class for the trainees. During the class held on Saturday, he gave special instructions to the trainees to prepare for performing their duties with professionalism and integrity in the upcoming 13th National Parliament Election. While conducting the class, the Deputy Director General discussed in detail the creation, glorious history, important aspects of the Ansar Act, and the organizational structure of Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party. At that time, Lalmonirhat Ansar Battalion Commander Md. Kamaruzzaman was present.

The Deputy Director General emphasized modern technology-based issues and said that the knowledge and skills of the force members must be increased to keep pace with the times. He gave the trainees an idea about the AVMIS app, Sukhi app, and the modern initiatives taken by the force regarding healthcare for Ansar members.

He called upon the young generation to build a self-reliant mentality and encouraged the trained Ansar members to establish themselves as entrepreneurs. To help the trainees understand the administrative activities, he provided a detailed explanation of the organizational structure at the Headquarters, Range, District, and Upazila levels. Furthermore, the strategy for short-term deployment, the duties and responsibilities of Upazila Ansar members, and examples of previous successful deployments at the field level were presented.

Instructions were given in the class for the trainees to play an active role in correctly inputting VDP member information into the AVMIS app. The day-long orientation class by the Deputy Director General was described by the trainees as highly inspiring and timely. According to them, it has added a new dimension to the development of knowledge and skills. Officials of various ranks of Ansar VDP and trainees were present at this time.
