Rural electricity consumers have demanded stop loadshedding in Narsingdi's Manohardi. On Saturday (June 1) under the instructions of Manohardi Upazila Press Club Founder President Kazi Shariful Islam Shakeel, Organizing Secretary Khandkar Salim Reza and Religious Affairs Secretary Maud Md Emrul Islam went to talk to rural electricity consumers in various markets of the upazila and they made this demand through the press club. They told Manohardi Upazila Press Club, We are living with binoculars in extreme heat due to load shedding. I can't sleep at night with my children due to extreme heat. Children and adults are suffering from various diseases. School students are not able to read and write regularly. Business is being disrupted due to excessive load shedding. Food in the fridge is spoiling. The network is not available on the mobile, due to which the communication on the mobile along with online activities is interrupted. 30/40 minutes of electricity is being provided in Manohardi in a day at full cost. Due to this, there is a suppressed anger in the minds of the people of Manohardi. Same discussion everywhere including different villages of the upazila, bazaar. At this time they also told the upazila press club that we pay the electricity bill on time. The electricity department will not get any money from us. Then why we the customers will not get electricity. Electricity department is making us suffer today with this excuse and tomorrow with that excuse. Who will take the responsibility of this failure. This is the area of ​​the honorable Minister of Industry, if we are still suffering with electricity, then what is the condition of the entire Bangladesh electricity department. In such a situation, we, the consumers of rural electricity, to reduce the suffering of Manohardi residents by stopping load shedding to provide round-the-clock electricity to Manohardi Upazila.
