Narail's Naragati police station arrested the accused in the fastest time. Sheikh Anichur Rahman (41), son of Mosharraf Hossain of Kalabaria village of Narail's Naragati police station, was attacked by some miscreants in a brick kiln called Four Brothers in Tuku Molla, Dakshinpara, on the east bank of Nadia river. Later, he was immediately taken to Khulna Medical College Hospital for treatment with the help of local people, but the doctor on duty declared him dead. Bright Ray, Narail district representative said that in view of this incident, victim Anisur Rahman's brother Sheikh Sohel Rana filed a complaint at Naragati police station on Sunday (June 2) and the Naragati police station case number-02, date: 2-06-2024 AD, Section-302/34 was registered. . A smart team of Naragati police station entered the field to quickly arrest the accused under the guidance of Narail District Police Superintendent Mohd Mehedi Hasan. Inspector (Investigation) Md Borhan Uddin, SI Zakir Hossain, SI Mahbubur Rahman and SI Tarek Sangiya conducted an operation under the supervision of Naragati police station officer in charge Md Mostafizur Rahman at approximately 9:30 on Sunday (June 2) night. Deceased Jalil Sheikh and Manzoor Shikder, Father Mizanur Shikder, both of Sang Kalabaria, Thana-Naragati, District-Narail arrested them from their respective homes. During preliminary interrogation, the arrested accused confessed to the murder. The arrested accused have been produced before the learned court. The operation is on to arrest the other accused in Ejaharnam.
