The PFBT was trained for three days to enhance the capacity of the Bagharpara PFG Committee in peacekeeping and de-violence. Peace Facilitator Vocational Training (PFBT) was held at RRF Training Center Jessore for three days from June 1 Saturday to June 3-24 Monday with the aim of creating harmonious behavior and cordial environment among the people in Bagharpara Upazila. The training was facilitated by Mr. Uttam Sarkar, Tanuja Kamal and Sukhmoy Pal of The Hunger Project Bangladesh.

Among others, Bagharpara Upazila Coordinator Mr. Md. Ikramul Kabir Mithu and peace ambassadors, BNP's Mr. Dilruba Parveen, President Mahila Dal, Proposed General Secretary Awami League Mr. Pranoy Kumar Biswas and Civil Society Principal Mr. Md. Mostak Morshed and Awami League were present respectively. Mr. Md Zainal Abedin is the president of the market committee. was under overall supervision, MIPS Project Field Coordinator Mr. Md. Ashrafuzzaman.

The Peace Facilitator Vocational Training (PFBT) training was attended by 30 important representatives of registered political parties, journalists, religious leaders, youth, teachers and civil society. One of the topics discussed in the training was a fair political environment, conflict and violence resolution, women's empowerment and rights. Apart from this, a plan was taken to undertake various activities on the initiative of the PFG committee, regardless of the political, religious and ethnic violence, and by determining the implementation process, a commitment was taken to work with all the people in Bagharpara upazila.
