An allegation has been made that a female teacher was fired for protesting against the unethical activities of the superintendent and assistant teacher of Makhjhanul Ulum Noorani and Mahila Madrasa located in Chakrakhali Muslimnagar area of ​​Batiaghata, Khulna. In this incident, the victim teacher's husband, Md. Anwarul Islam, filed a written complaint at the Batiaghata Police Station, making Madrasa Superintendent Md. Salim Sardar (30), and assistant teacher Ataur Rahman the defendants. According to the victim and complaint source, Md. Anwarul Islam's wife Tahmina Begum used to work in Mathzhanul Uloom Noorani and Mahila Madrasa. The teacher became the trust and confidant of the students within a few days due to the good evening job. Several students who did not want to reveal their names told the teacher about the various immoral activities of the Madrasah Superintendent including various irregularities, corruption and torture. Later, the teacher Tahmina Begum discussed the matter with the superintendent. Super angry and abused the teacher in various indecent languages with the intention to kill. At one stage the madrasa super said, it is not possible to keep you in my institution.

You are fired from today. You will not come to madrasa from tomorrow. After filing a complaint against the Madrasa Superintendent at the police station, it was revealed that the said Madrasa Superintendent has been involved in various immoral activities including all financial transactions of the Madrasa, including controlling the income and expenditure accounts. Madrasa has no resolution. There is no managing committee. Madrasah Superintendent has become the Head of Madrasah at a very young age without any government approval The activities of the Madrasah are continuing through irregularities and corruption. They said that Batiaghata Upazila Administration and Education Office does not know the activities of the madrasa. Madrasah Superintendent Md. Salim Sardar said that the allegations against me are not true. A conspiracy has emerged to defame me and my organization. Super also said, I am everything in this madrasa. I don't need any managing committee here. I take care of everything.
