World Teachers' Day observed in Naogaon's Mandā

World Teachers' Day was celebrated in Mandā, Naogaon through a rally and discussion meeting. On this occasion, a rally commenced around 11 AM on Sunday and paraded around the Council premises. Later, a discussion meeting was held at the Upazila Parishad auditorium, presided over by Upazila Education Officer Abul Bashar Shamshuzzaman.
The chief guest at the meeting was Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Akhtar Jahan Sathi. The meeting was moderated by Nasir Uddin Sardar, Senior Joint Convener of BASHIS Mandā Upazila branch. Speeches were delivered by Golam Sorwar Swapan, Presidium Member of BASHIS Central Committee; Principal Abdul Gafur, President of the Madrasah Teachers' Council; Abdul Latif, Vice President of the Madrasah Teachers' Association; Master Enamul Haque, Joint Convener of BASHIS Mandā branch; Headteacher Rezaul Haque; and Headteacher Ayub Ali.
