Three arrested including two female members of 'Molom Party' in Porsha Kamardha, Naogaon

Villagers in Naogaon's Porsha upazila apprehended three members of a gang, including two female members, while they were attempting to rob a house in broad daylight and handed them over to the police. The incident occurred in the Chaor Baldahar (Kamardha) village on Thursday afternoon around 4:30 PM. The gang members secretly entered the house of Nazmul Haque, son of Shamsul Haque, in the village. At that time, Nazmul's wife, Sathi Khatun, was alone in the house. After entering, they grabbed her and attempted to steal household items. Hearing Sathi's screams, villagers rushed to the scene and caught the two women and the CNG driver. They were later handed over to the police.
The arrested individuals are: Roksana (40), daughter of Mohiuddin from Boalia Kalupur village, Gomostapur upazila, Chapainawabganj district; Josna (50), wife of Naimuddin from the same village; and Nasim (45), son of the late Abdus Sattar from Hogla village. A regular case has been filed against them at the police station. They were sent to jail on Friday. Porsha Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mintu Rahman confirmed the incident.
