An extended meeting of the Central Executive Council of the National Journalist Association was held at the ERF Auditorium of Paltan Tower in the capital on Saturday, May 25 at 11 am. Founder and Central Executive Council President of the National Journalist Association, distinguished writer and columnist Muhammad Altaf Hossain presided over the meeting and moderated by the Revolutionary General Secretary Muhammad Kamrul Islam.Chief Adviser Lion Md. Gani Mia Babul, Executive President of the organization Md. Shahjahan Molla, Senior Vice President Md. Abul Basar Majumdar, Vice President Md. Khairul Islam, Vice President Md. Mominur Rashid Shain, Joint Secretary General Lion Sikdar Mohammad Ariful Alam Tito, Assistant Secretary General Md. Anichur Rahman Pradhan, Md Hasan Sardar Jewel, Organizing Secretary Md Russell Sarkar, Md Wahiduzzaman Wahid, Presidium members Md. Kamal Hossain Azad, Md. Anarul Haque, Md. Atiqur Rahman Azad, Finance Secretary Md. Jamal Hossain, Office Secretary Md. Rabbi Molla, Training Secretary Md. Azibul Haque Partha, Publicity and Publication Secretary Md. Abdus Sabur, Information and Technology Secretary Md. Abed Ali Executive committee members and branch general secretary of Gaibandha district Sajadur Rahman Saju, Harun Or Rashid, Ismail Hossain Elin, Comilla Organization Department President Md. Harisur Rahman General Secretary Md. Shahjalal Sajib and others. In the extended meeting June/2024 was declared as organizational month to achieve organizational strength. It was decided to hold a national convention in December.
