Monirul Islam@Moni stays in Iti Begum's house and escapes by locking the house in the morning. When the arrested accused Ziaur Rahma was sent to the learned court, he gave a confessional statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Efforts are on to arrest the fugitive accused Md Monirul Islam Moni.
