Barrister Kazi Rahman Manik stood by the family of the late van driver Nobiyal Molla from Sadar Union in Baliakandi Upazila of Rajbari district. On Friday evening, he went to their home and provided Tk 10,000 in cash assistance to the family. Present on the occasion were former Upazila Chhatra Dal President Rokanuzzaman Sahin, former Upazila Volunteer Dal Convenor Zahid Hasan Ripon, current Member Secretary Rafiquzzaman Liton, Sadar Union Jubo Dal President Md. Selim, Jungle Union Jubo Dal President Atiar Rahman, Sadar Union Volunteer Dal Convenor Nazmul Hossain, Jubo Dal leaders Rubel Kazi, Shah Alam, Ibrahim, Gani, and Kazi Saiful, along with leaders and activists of Baliakandi BNP and its associate organizations. At that time, Barrister Kazi Rahman Manik, Assistant Attorney General and central leader, an aspirant for nomination from Rajbari-2 constituency, said that the van driver, the late Nobiyal Molla, was an honest man. He further said, "I feel proud to be able to stand by his family according to my commitment."
