Industries Minister Advocate Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun said, women of Bangladesh have progressed a lot today. Women are working in administration, medical, engineering, police and entrepreneurs. He said these things while addressing a reception at Manohardi Sardar Ashmat Ali Women's Degree College at noon on Saturday (May 25) as the chief guest. Sardar Asmat Ali Women's Degree College Governing Body member Sardar Moazzem Hossain Bulbul presided over the function and acting principal of the college Mohammad Farhad Hossain spoke at the event. Manohardi Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Hashiba Khan spoke as a special guest. Municipal Mayor Aminur Rashid Sujan, Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Maruf Dastegir, Manohardi Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abul Kashem Bhuiyan PPM and others were also present. All the teachers, students and parents of the college were present at this time. A cultural program was organized after the reception.
