Discussion meeting on 'The Spirit of National Revolution and Solidarity Day and Today's Bangladesh' held in Rajshahi.

A discussion meeting titled "The Spirit of National Revolution and Solidarity Day and Today's Bangladesh" was held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 16, at the Senate Building of Rajshahi University. The event, organized by the university's Nationalist Teachers' Forum, was attended by vice-chancellors from various educational institutions, researchers, and political analysts. Presided over by Professor Dr. Abdul Alim, President of the Rajshahi University Nationalist Teachers' Forum, the event featured Professor Dr. Mawdud Hossain Alamgir Pavel, Convener of the BNP's Media Cell, as the chief guest. He delivered important directives on the topic. The chief discussant was Dr. Rehan A Asad, Head of the BNP's Research and Monitoring Cell.
Special guest speeches were delivered by Professor Dr. Moha: Hasanat Ali, Vice-Chancellor of Naogaon University; Professor Dr. Abdur Razzak, Vice-Chancellor of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology; Professor Dr. Kudrat E Jahan, Vice-Chancellor of Bogura Science and Technology University; and Mahmuda Habib, Member of the BNP's Media Cell, among others. The keynote paper was presented by Professor Md. Rafiqul Islam, former Vice-Chancellor of Islamic University.
The participants discussed the historical significance of National Revolution and Solidarity Day, its impact on national politics, and the challenges and possibilities of democratic values in contemporary Bangladesh. They also exchanged views on the country's current political situation and the necessity of national unity. The meeting was conducted and moderated by Professor Dr. Amirul Islam. At that time, departmental heads, teachers, students, people from various professions, distinguished personalities, and media workers were present.
