Two drug dealers arrested with thirty yaba tablets in Narail Naraigati Thana Police in Narail district has arrested two drug dealers involved in the yaba trade, identified as Md. Mamun Bhuiyan (25) and Md. Abdullah Sardar (20). The arrested Md. Mamun Bhuiyan (25) is the son of Md. Hamid Bhuiyan from Chapail village under Naraigati Thana, and Md. Abdullah Sardar (20) is the son of Md. Thanda Sardar from Mulshri village under the same Thana.

Ujjal Ray, District Correspondent, reports from Narail that they were arrested on Wednesday (August 27) afternoon from Chapail village in Pohordanga Union under Naraigati Thana. Based on secret information, a raid was conducted under the supervision of Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Ashikur Rahman of Naraigati Thana, Narail, by SI (NIL) F. M. Tarek and accompanying forces, leading to the arrest of Md. Mamun Bhuiyan (25) and Md. Abdullah Sardar (20). At that time, thirty yaba tablets were seized from the arrested accused.

A case has been registered under the Narcotics Control Act at Naraigati Thana in this regard. The accused have been handed over to the cognizant court. Under the direction of the capable Superintendent of Police of Narail district, Kazi Ehsanul Kabir, the district police are working sincerely with the aim of building a drug-free Narail.
