An discussion meeting was held in Keshabpur, Jashore, on the occasion of World Teachers' Day-2025. The meeting was held on Sunday (October 5) morning at the Keshabpur Government Pilot High School auditorium in the municipal town, organized by the Upazila World Teachers' Day Celebration Committee, with the theme "Recasting Teaching as a Collaborative Profession."

Presided over by Upazila Secondary Education Officer Sheikh Firoz Ahmed, the chief guest was Upazila Executive Officer Reksona Khatun. Special guests who spoke included: Upazila Primary Education Officer Sheikh Abdur Rob, Upazila Assistant Primary Education Officer Harun-ur-Rashid, Acting Headteacher of Keshabpur Government Pilot High School Abu Taleb, Lecturer of Keshabpur Government Degree College Abdul Hannan, Assistant Professor of Haji Abdul Motaleb Women's College Rezaul Islam, Acting Principal and Muhaddis of Keshabpur Baharul Umum Kamil Madrasha Dr. Nurul Islam, Assistant Teacher of Keshabpur Pilot Secondary Girls' School Abdus Salam, Assistant Professor of Baga-Shahqkariya Alim Madrasha Abu Hasan, Assistant Superintendent of S.S.G. Borondali Darul Uloom Dakhil Madrasha Abdus Samad, Headteacher of Sabdia-Bajitpur Government Primary School Shahinur Rahman Shahin, Headteacher of Bharat-Bhayna Secondary School Ahsan Habib Molla, and Anika Zaman Propti, an 11th-grade student of Keshabpur Government Pilot High School.

The event was jointly conducted by Upazila Academic Supervisor Torabul Islam and Assistant Professor of Haji Abdul Motaleb Women's College Selim Reza. At the beginning of the event, a colorful rally was brought out from the Upazila Parishad premises, traversed the main roads of the municipal town, and concluded at the Keshabpur Government Pilot Pilot High School auditorium.

Also present were: Assistant Upazila Primary Education Officer Tania Akter, President of the Keshabpur Upazila Branch of the National Press Society, Media and Human Rights Organization Shamim Akhter Mukul, Demonstrator of Keshabpur Government Pilot High School Mahbubur Rahman Tulu, Assistant Teacher of Keshabpur Pilot Secondary Girls' School Motiar Rahman, teachers from various educational institutions of the upazila, and journalists from various media outlets.
